The Book that Started So Many on the Path to Investing
This is the book that started off a chain reaction of thoughts and events within me, all those years ago. It’s quite likely that you’ve already read it so I won’t prattle on too much, but if you haven’t read it — what are you waiting for?!
Whilst I’m not a fan of the now famous Rich Dad Poor Dad up-sells at their live events and training courses, the concepts in the book are nonetheless sound.
In a nutshell, focus on buying ‘Income Generating Assets’ and you will be eventually become financially independent (I am). There are a whole series of Rich Dad Poor Dad books, tapes, live events, training courses, etc. but in my opinion this, his seminal work, is all you need to get started.
Trust me: It’s going to be one heck of a journey!
Rich Dad Poor Dad is also listed by the following as their #1 book in the Property Tribes Essential Property Book List.
Lisa Orme – “Started me off in property.”
Nick Fox (author of HMO Property Success).
Richard Brown – “Taught me the value of assets and passive income.”
