Amazon Affiliate Products
The Property Bookshop is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk.
Your contract for purchases made through the Amazon affiliation scheme is with the Amazon company covering the country where the purchase takes place and governed by Amazon conditions of use and sale. This applies to the majority of products on this site.
Your contract for purchases direct from The Property Bookshop is with David GW Bartlett and Jayne Owen and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own use and not for resale.
When purchasing products direct from The Property Bookshop, transactions are carried out through Gumroad.com. Gumroad.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. You do not have to create an account with Gumroad.com, but if you do so, your card information will be stored in a highly secure environment.
Digital products purchased direct from The Property Bookshop will be sent to you by email via Gumroad.com within 2 hours. If you have not received your product within 2 hours, please contact the Property Bookshop as soon as possible.
Physical products purchased direct from The Property Bookshop will be shipped by Royal Mail first class parcel post within 48 hours unless you are notified otherwise.
Cancellation and Returns
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a 14 day Cooling Off Period and may cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receipt of your goods ordered. Should you wish to cancel your contract for physical goods, you must contact us within this period and return to us the goods which must be unused, at your own expense (the current standard postal rate).
Please note that e-books are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Online privacy is a big deal. We value our own so naturally we value yours too. The Property Bookshop will not share your email address or personal details with anyone else.

Hi I was unable to purchase the downoadable version of HMO’s Sussed. Is this unavailable if so I will purchase the regular hard copy.
