A newsletter landed in my inbox today with a link to a handy little booklet called A Guide to Living in a Shared House. It is a free download from Francis and Emily, founders of the Multi-Let Cash Flow System (MLCS) and so useful for multi-let and HMO landlords I just had to share it.

The booklet is (as I understand) an excerpt from their MLCS manual, supplied to attendees of the course*.
